Its a Autograph series card from "The Silver Age" cards, rare to get an autographed or sketch card and I have Stan Lee's.

Where would i find a price or what is it valued?

If you're not trying to get rid of it but just trying to get a "pricing" on it, put it on Ebay with an outrageous reserve that you know no one would pay and that should allow you to test the market. That and your LCS.
Countdown #31 when Jimmy Olsen was being analyzed by Cadmus:

Dr. Sterling Roquette: Just kick back and, as Mr. Cannon here so eloquently put it, relax. Let the AMBIENT NUCLEAR ULTRA-SPECTROGRAPH do its thing.
Jimmy Olsen: Why don't you guys just use an acronym?
Dr. Sterling Roquette: You think about that.

I just read today Stan Lee signed an exclusive contract with Disney. Disney apperently get first pick of Stan Lee's new creations to turn into movies.

It's worth as much as somebody is willing to pay for it...sadly it will jump up more when Stan leaves this plane, if you know what I mean.
And the Disney thing doesn't excite me too much, Stan's day is done. There is a reason why he isn't still with Marvel.

I agree e-bay is the best place to get a value. You could also just see if there are any other items with Stanl Lee's sicnature on them. This could give you an idea on what items he has signed are worth.

Very nice collectors item!!!!
"Know, O prince, that between the years when the oceans drank Atlantis and the gleming cities, and the rise of the sons of Aryas, there was an Age undreamed of, when shining kingdoms lay spread across the world like blue mantles beneath the stars.
"Hither came Conan, the Cimmerian, black-haired, sullen-eyed, sword in hand, a thief, a reaver, a slayer, with gigantic melancholies and gigantic mirth, to tread the jeweeled thrones of teh Earth under his sandaled feet."
