I was just comparing this with BD's contribution to Superman's rogue gallery... really is no contest, is it?

I would still put Spider-man's bad guy list against Batman's... nevertheless this is a good list. Except for the aliens and predators, that's just silly.

I would have to agree with the setiment that Bats does have the best rogues gallery in the DC land of things. I too think Spideys is better though.

I don't see how any other hero's rogues gallery could even compare to Batman's. It has everything.

Lol. I do agree that those were fun reads. I liked Superman & Batman vs Alien & Preditor aswell.

But with that logic, almost every villian in the DCU, some of the heroes and some of the Marvel universe would also be in Batman's rogues.

I know I am adding way too late but I just love Batman and you all missed a few:

Killer moth
Ratcatcher
Humpty/Dumpty
Tweedledee/Tweedledum
Maxie Zeus
Great white shark
Black mask
Prometheus
Calendar Man

Sorry for lack of pictures but now who has the best rogues gallery?!

Why aren't you reading Batman? Being raised on Marvel comics myself. I can't get enough of Batman. The current stories are awesome.

I'm an old school fan. I liked the villains best when they were still human and not super-powered (though granted there were always a few super-powered villains kicking around even in the early days). The trend in Batman has been to constantly raise the limit. So we went from having super-villains occasionally, mixed in with a good variety of plain-clothes bad guys, to super-villains all the time, and then to super-super-villains chewing the scenery and gobbling up the staples that hold the comic together.

I liked Poison Ivy, but when I first got to know her, she was just an ordinary girl looking for love in all the wrong places. That's how I liked it. I never wanted her to become a plant. And what's so sexy about a plant anyway? Isn't it better to think of Poison Ivy as a flesh and blood woman?

Certainly in my fantasies I'm dreaming about oxygen-breathing women. We may live together, but the relationship between me and my houseplant is strictly platonic.

Dude,

If you like Poison Ivy go to the Forum topic "You ~ Post Pics of Yourself Here" and look at the last page. You can find that under The Water Cooler then CCLer Bios.

You can thank me later.

I don't know if I'd call her "Rogue's Gallery" material. Just a villain he's fought a couple times.
