Metropolis S.C.U. officer Eddie Walker visits Hawaii, however when the sun goes down, Walker is transformed into Loose Cannon. And as soon as he meets Superboy they begin fighting each other.
However when the Loophole gang decide to pull off another heist, the good guys decide to stop fighting each other to stop Loophole.
