"While the City Sleeps!"
An EMP is dropped into the prison yard, enabling the oddest operative, Cat Man, to break an out an inmate, Monk Keefer, on the orders of the mysterious Organizer. Meanwhile, Frog Le Blanc and Henry Hawk get contacted by the Organizer to join his crew.
The Organizer costumes his men in animal costumes befitting their abilities, and dubs them 'The Organization'. Cat Man, Ape Man, Bird Man, and Frog Man (later dubbed the Ani-Men) get deployed on a crime wave against the City.
Before Daredevil can look into it, Foggy announces that he has been selected by the Reform Party to be their candidate for District Attorney. Foggy is excited, but Matt smells a rat. At a gathering to meet other party members, Foggy is reintroduced to an old High School sweetheart, Deborah Harris, and falls head-over-heels in love.
Soon, the Organization is attacking the Reform Party right and left, and Daredevil does his best to keep up with them, as he learns that Deborah Harris is in league with the Organization.
